We had about 25 inches of snow in the last 24 hours in Boston and spent the day playing in it (and by playing, I mean shoveling). But, you can now go from the street to the front door to the trash, and from the back door across the deck, across the yard, down the steps to the car and the car is dug out. Although the alley is not plowed yet so we can’t actually drive anywhere. Tommy made omelettes and waffles for breakfast, and homemade chicken soup for lunch. A great blizzicane day. (See facebook for a family snow photo!)
Why didn’t your landlord do the shoveling?

Helping a Senior Citizen, such as Peter, the landlord, is a wonderful volunteer gesture! Yay for Tracy and Tommy. Shoveling is a bit easier on the young!

Yeah, our landlord is not in the best shape at the moment to shovel snow – although he did do a decent job trying to dig his car out.
