Timing

We found ourselves in the rare situation of having free time this past weekend. Since Kaya was at home keeping Gramma Baba busy, we had the opportunity to do whatever we wanted in Cleveland! We went out to breakfast, went to the Cleveland Museum of Art, pressed the elevator buttons all by ourselves, and had multiple conversations without being interrupted. We did all that and STILL had time to spare. So, we went to the hotel pool to take silly pictures, of course. Funniest 10 seconds of the trip: watching Tommy try to run around a hotel pool in 15 seconds before the camera timer goes off.

Touch A Truck

Yesterday was Touch A Truck day – there were 35 different kinds of “trucks” in the parking lot of a local mall and kids could go climb on all of them. Kaya liked it pretty well, although the horns on some of the trucks were really loud. She preferred to sit on the quiet city bus, but we also got to see an 18 wheeler, ambulance, fire truck, motorcycle (not really a truck, but still cool), and many more.

DinosauRoses!

You can’t really appreciate the awesome tails we are wearing, but this is the best family picture we have yet (but alas, poor Max isn’t allowed inside the museum grounds so had to miss out on this one).
