Pumpkin Patch!

Today was the first day the Ganyard Hill Farms pumpkin patch opened and it was downright awesome.  At first I thought the price was a bit steep ($12.50 per adult) but it was worth every penny.  We rode a hayride, played in the corn crib, got lost in the corn maze, played with the animals, and picked out some pumpkins!  Pumpkin patch success.

Swim Lessons

Kaya and Tommy are enrolled in Parent/Child swim lessons on Saturday morning at the Y. They are working on blowing bubbles, jumping off the side, and not pooping in the pool.  It’s not quite the Infant Swim Rescue class, but it sure makes Kaya happy!

Cape Charles

We’ve spent the last week in Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake in Virginia.  It’s a sleepy little town, but has a fantastic beach perfect for toddlers and young kids.  Max got to swim every morning and there was live music on the beach nearly every night.  Baby Trey came down from DC to continue his long distance love affair with Kaya.  She played hard to get this time like her true toddler diva self.
