So, here are the completed bookshelves that I have been working on for the last couple of weeks. I’m really happy with how they came out. This photo doesn’t do the shelves justice, but I stupidly broke the wide angle lens on my main camera. Doh!

I don’t mind having my daughter eat off the floor, but I don’t want others to see that I don’t care.

Tracy and I went on a rockin’ food tour of Durham that really made me nostalgic for the area. There are so many high-end bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. This is a shot of a cupcake from Daisy Cakes. It features a heavy poundcake-like cake and a hearty, but not sweet, buttercream icing. Delicious!

She can officially crawl forward now. Time to baby proof the house 🙂

This is the first confirmed eating of real food. We’ve put things in her mouth before, but have never been sure it was going down the hatch. Apparently, she loves Butternut squash! Just like her mother.
