Well…the schools have closed and we are officially “socially distancing” – a term that has entered to become a major part of my vocabulary in the last two weeks – due to COVID-19. The girls are out of school, and we decided to mix up the monotony by renting a guinea pig. You pay a local farm $40 and they give you a guinea pig and all the needed supplies for the week – so meet Bedhead, our temporary family member. I am still undecided on the animal cruelty level of this plan, but the girls sure are loving it, and Bedhead seems to love attention.

Many congratulations to Ellen (Tommy’s childhood friend) and her new husband Lammot on their nuptials. We actually left the girls behind in the hotel, but we let them dress up for the post-wedding brunch. The wedding was one of the most tasteful but elegant weddings I’ve ever been to (at the Baltimore Museum of Industry), and the food was delicious!

We are making progress on the Real Rose House – timber frames are up!

We are very excited to that the girls are going to have a new baby cousin in April! We brought their old swing over to Aunt Yoya and Uncle Dylan’s place but Maggie is a still little confused about the purpose.

Lots of big news from the Rose family lately, but no time to write blog posts. But I am taking 2 minutes to post this picture of my littles which never made it out for Christmas cards this year – growing up!

Many congratulations to Kaya on her first (real) season of soccer – her team (the “Wolves”) came out as TAGS under 8 champs and she grew A LOT this season. We are very proud of her!
